Content Licence
Who owns what. You keep every right in the photographs you upload and the clips made from them. We take only the narrow, temporary permission we need to actually run the job, and that permission ends when the file is deleted.

You own your content
Every photograph you upload remains yours. Every preview frame and every clip produced from it is yours too. We claim no ownership of any of it and we acquire no rights in it beyond the limited licence described below.
On a paid plan you may use your clips for any lawful purpose, including commercial ones, without a watermark and without paying us anything further: product listings, your own website, advertising, social posts, email, print, whatever you need. There is no limit on the number of views, no expiry on the right to use them, and no territory restriction. Cancelling your subscription does not take away your right to keep using the clips you already made — although you should download them, because we do not store files indefinitely.
The licence you give us
To process a photograph at all we need your permission to handle it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, reformat, transmit and process your content, and to make derivative works of it in the form of preview frames and clips — solely to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law.
This licence is deliberately narrow. In particular:
- It does not include training. Your content is never used to train, fine-tune, improve or evaluate any artificial-intelligence model, ours or anybody else’s.
- It does not include promotion. We will not use your photographs or clips in our marketing, on this website, in a case study or anywhere else without asking you first and getting a separate, specific, written agreement. There is no clause anywhere that gives us that right by default.
- It does not include selling or licensing your content to anyone.
- It is temporary. It lasts only as long as we hold the file, and it ends when the file is deleted.
We may pass your content to service providers who perform part of the processing for us — hosting, and generation. They act on our instructions under contract, they may use the content only to perform that work, and they are barred from retaining it or training on it.
How long we hold it
Photographs, frames and clips are kept for up to 30 days from upload so you can come back and finish a piece of work, then deleted automatically. You can delete any of them from inside the tool at any time and that deletion is immediate. Deleting your account removes everything we hold for you. Copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups and are overwritten on our normal backup cycle. See the Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
Download the clips you want to keep. We are a tool, not a storage service, and you should not rely on us as your only copy.
What you are promising us
By uploading a photograph you confirm that:
- you took it, or you hold a licence that permits you to use it in this way and to make derivative works from it;
- you own or are authorised to sell the item shown, and any brand, logo, packaging, design or artwork visible on it is yours to use or you are licensed to use it;
- any person identifiable in the photograph has consented to it being used this way;
- uploading it and generating from it does not infringe anybody’s copyright, trade mark, design right, patent, trade secret, image rights, privacy or any other right;
- the content does not break our Acceptable Use Policy.
These promises are the basis on which we process anything for you. If you are using the service in the course of a business and one of them turns out to be untrue, you are responsible for the consequences.
Output and originality
Because a clip is generated from your own photograph, its subject matter is yours. We make no claim of authorship in it. We cannot promise that generated output is legally original in every jurisdiction, or that it attracts copyright protection everywhere — the law on machine-generated works is unsettled and differs between countries. What we can say is that we assert no rights in your output and we will not stop you using it.
Because different users may produce similar camera moves on similar items, we cannot promise that any clip is unique.
Anonymous signals
We keep aggregated, anonymous measurements about how the service is used — how many clips were produced, which camera moves were chosen, how often an export was blocked by the colour check, how long generation took. These contain no images, no text you typed and nothing that identifies you or your shop, and they cannot be traced back to your content. We use them to make the tool work better.
If something has to come down
If content on this service infringes your rights, write to support@rhyldealretail.com with enough detail to identify the content and the right you hold. We investigate, remove infringing material, tell the account holder what has happened and why, and give them an opportunity to respond. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are closed.
We may also remove content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or that we are legally required to remove.
