Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown above until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in two clicks from your Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits are a monthly service allowance, not money: they do not carry over, cannot be bought separately, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.
Credits are the meter. Everything you do in the tool draws from the same monthly allowance, so you can work out a month before you commit to one.
A finished clip from a fresh photograph is 58 credits: two to read the photo, one to plan the move, five for the preview frames and fifty to generate. Adjusting the frames again is five each time and nothing else is charged for a retry.

Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. There are no credit packs and no stored balance: credits are an allowance for using the service, not money, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred.
Monthly plans charge the same amount every month on the day you subscribed. Yearly plans charge once every twelve months. The charge repeats automatically until you cancel, and the amount will not change without us telling you in advance.
Sign in, open Billing, select Cancel subscription. Two clicks, no email, no phone call, no retention conversation. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
United States dollars. If your card is in another currency your bank converts it and may add its own fee, which we do not see or receive. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
You can move up or down at any time from Billing. Moving up takes effect immediately and the new allowance is available straight away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you have already paid for.
We try again a small number of times over the following days and email you each time. Your account stays open during that window. If it still cannot be collected the subscription ends and the account drops to Free — nothing is deleted.
Card details are entered on our payment provider's own secure pages and never touch our servers. We only ever see the card brand, the last four digits and whether the charge succeeded. Every page here is served over HTTPS.
